At BECKMAN, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

✅ Item is in new, unused condition
✅ Item is in original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and accessories
✅ Return request is made within the return window

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Assembled or modified products

  • Gift cards


2. How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.


3. Return Shipping

  • Standard Returns: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: We’ll cover return shipping and work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item.

Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt for proof of return.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you by email

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days]

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a defect or error)


5. Exchanges

Want to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product? Reach out to our team, and we’ll help facilitate an exchange based on availability.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts:

  1. Inspect the item upon delivery

  2. Note any issues on the delivery paperwork, if applicable

  3. Take clear photos of the issue

  4. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. In-Store Returns (if applicable)

If you purchased in-store or want to return an online item to our physical location, please bring:

  • The original receipt or order confirmation

  • The item in its original packaging
